6. Sensitive permissions this app requests
Permissions are requested in context. You can revoke them in iOS Settings or Android settings; some features will stop working. Platform-specific permissions below apply only where that platform requests them.
Microphone
Why the app asks: To capture voice commands so the assistant can run the actions you request.
What this makes available: Audio while you issue a command, according to the permission you grant.
Our commitment: Microphone access is used to provide voice features. We do not sell voice recordings for advertising.
Accessibility service
Why the app asks: Accessibility access may be required for hands-free control of on-screen actions that ordinary APIs cannot perform.
What this makes available: Limited ability to observe or act on interface elements needed for the voice actions you request.
Our commitment: We do not use Accessibility to capture passwords or screen content for advertising, and we do not sell Accessibility-derived data.
Query all packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES)
Why the app asks: To list, categorise or interact with apps installed on your device as part of the app’s core utility.
What this makes available: Names and package identifiers of installed apps visible to the feature.
Our commitment: We do not sell or share your installed-app list with advertising or analytics partners for marketing.
7. Who receives data
| Who | What it does | What it can receive | Their notice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Shows ads | Advertising ID / IDFA, device/ad events | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google User Messaging Platform | Consent / privacy messages | Consent choices | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | Usage analytics | App events, device identifiers | Firebase Privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reporting | Crash logs, device data | Firebase Privacy |

If a build ships fewer SDKs, only the shipped services apply. Store data disclosures (Google Play Data safety / Apple privacy labels) should match this list for each product.
8. Advertising and your choices
- Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID in device settings.
- iOS: limit ad tracking / App Tracking Transparency prompts in Settings, and reset advertising identifier where available.
- Use in-app Privacy options where shown (UMP / privacy form).
- Opt out of interest-based ads via device settings or partner tools.
Limits we accept: We do not use SMS content, consumer health cycle data, or Accessibility screen content for advertising.
9. Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
Where required, we use a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Personalised advertising and related analytics storage rely on consent, not legitimate interest, for those regions.
Consent signals such as ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are passed to Google as required. You can reopen the privacy options form from app settings where available.
10. International transfers
Our studio is based in Hong Kong. Google and other processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where GDPR requires safeguards, we rely on the processors’ Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms. You may request more information by emailing us.
11. How long we keep data
- On-device content: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
- Support emails: up to 3 years after the request is closed.
- Analytics/crash: see the table in section 5.
- Legal claims and accounting: up to 10 years where needed.
12. Security
Data the app sends from the device leaves over TLS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Keep your device updated and protect access to your phone.
13. Children
Our apps are directed to a general audience and are not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us for deletion if you believe a child has provided data.
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port data, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Email mobilecleansystemlab@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days where required, or the period your law sets. For deletion steps see Data deletion.
15. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
16. Notice to California residents
Categories collected match section 4. We may “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising via ad partners even when we do not sell data for money. You may opt out by Advertising ID / IDFA controls, in-app privacy options, Global Privacy Control signals where technically received, or by emailing us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”.
We do not sell personal information of consumers under 16. Sensitive personal information is used only to provide the app features you request.
17. Notice to residents of other US states
Residents of states such as Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut and others may have similar access, deletion and opt-out rights, and in some states an appeal process. Email us to exercise these rights. Health apps should also review Consumer Health Data Privacy.
18. Country-specific information
Brazil, Canada, Japan, Korea, India, Australia and other countries may grant additional rights or require local notices. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. India’s child threshold is 18; we do not target children.
19. Changes to this notice
- Version 2026.10.09 (9 October 2026): republished under Mobile Clean System Lab with Hong Kong contact details and per-app structure aligned to our legal standard.
Material reductions of your rights will be announced in-app or on this page with reasonable notice.
